Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
